Placement agent fee structure:

Flat fee of $2,500 after initial 30 days of placement. (Written invoice with agent’s FEID number is required.)

We appreciate your attention to the needs of our prospective residents and look forward to working with you. We ask that your fee is disclosed to the family as part of a transparent process that puts the elder’s needs above all else. (We may include placement agent fees in a one-time community fee at the time of admission.)

Hospice Placement

We are proud to work with many hospice providers in our region, and their amazing nursing teams.

It is an honor to be a central part of a resident’s hospice plan of care and provide individualized hospice care that keeps the resident’s unique needs at the center of our services. Hospice referrals are accepted from hospice agencies only.

Assisted Living vs. Board and Care vs Memory Care

The foundation of Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) is a social model of 24/7 care and supervision for people over 60. All facilities, whether they have 100 plus residents or 6, are licensed exactly the same way through the Department of Social Services:

Resources for Residents and Families

We operate as social communities that interact with many other types of professionals such as doctor’s offices, physical therapists, visiting nurses, and hospice providers. We also interact with rehabilitation/nursing facilities and hospitals that are licensed by the Department of Health.

Our license as a 6-bed operator includes approval for dementia care. This approval requires additional precautions such as alarmed exits, medication management, as well specialized team training on how to care for residents living with dementia.

Our RCFE license has another approved program that meets the requirements for care of residents receiving hospice services. This additional component to our license requires that we have focused training on the unique needs of residents at end of life and the staffing levels necessary to meet those needs.

These much needed services within our license for dementia care and hospice services mandate that we remain in compliance with the Department of Social Services requirements at all times.  We prioritize training, living wages, and the support of our caregiving team who truly are the heart of our community. Our staffing ratio is 3:1 and is why we are able to individualize plans of care that help residents live within a safe and supportive environment at many different levels of care.
