Care & Services

We provide 24/7 assistance based on the unique care needs of each resident. Resident needs are carefully assessed at the time of admission to help determine the best approach to care, and they are reassessed regularly as conditions and needs change.

Our staffing model is the major reason families choose to place their loved one with us. Our caregiving team from 6am to 6pm includes three caregivers and a manager/Administrator with a resident to caregiver ratio of 3:1. This allows our team to carefully pay attention and better meet the needs of residents.  Our night shift is an awake shift — caregivers are on duty and assisting residents through the night.

The PAC program is truly helpful to our team as we strive to understand the changes our residents experience physically and mentally. We apply this tested and inspired knowledge to our caregiving skills. Our goal is to partner with each resident to meet their physical, emotional, nutritional, and social needs; working “with” residents rather than doing care “to” residents. 

Fees

Our base rates are all inclusive: $7,800 to $8,800. 

Services Included in the Base Fee Rate:

  • Assistance with all daily care needs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting assist, continence program, oral hygiene.

Other Services Offered:

  • Visiting Podiatrist
  • Visiting dental hygienist
  • Transportation assistance 

Level of Care Needs:

Level of Care fees may apply for residents requiring 1:1 meal assistance, two-person transfer assistance or mechanical lift, or who have special needs that are identified and require additional caregiver assistance. These fees range from $250 to $1,500.
