Wellbeing & Nutrition

Dietary requirements and preferences of all kinds are welcome, including diabetic diets, heart healthy meals, vegetarian and vegan preparations. We get inspiration from  recipes that our residents, family and team members share and from helpful resources that include the End of Alzheimer’s by Dr. Dale Bredesen and Rebecca Katz’ Healing Kitchen blog. One of our favorite recipes is Rebecca’s carrot-ginger soup with cashew cream. It is simply yummy. Breakfast
